FAQs
hOW DO I GET PAID?
Paddock Research utilizes Tremendous, an online payment platform, to send incentives to respondents. Payment to virtual participants may take up to 7-10 business days after project completion and payment to in-person participants may take up to 3-5 business days. The incentive will be sent to the e-mail address under which the participant registered for the study. The e-mail will come from rewards@reward.tremendous.com
On occasion, we will pay cash after they study is complete.
Do they try to sell me anything?
No, Paddock is strictly looking for your opinions and you will sold on a product (though you might want to buy it after the study).
How do they contact me?
Once signed up, you will be entered into the Paddock community, as projects happen and we think you qualify we will give you a call or send you an email with a few questions to see if you fit our needs.
can my kids participate?
Absolutely! We are always looking to expand our community; we often do projects with children and when signing up please include their information for the community.
how often can i particpate?
Once you complete a project, you are in a holding pattern typically for three months. This is pretty industry standard, and we will release you once those three months are up to participate in the next project.
